Bodycorp H&S — Contractor Registration

Who collects your information

This application is operated on behalf of body corporate organisations (the “organisation”) to manage contractor H&S compliance. The organisation whose site you are registering at is the controller of your personal information.

What we collect

  • Your name, email address, mobile number, and company name
  • Details of the work you will carry out at the site (description, dates, worker count)
  • Work type declarations and health & safety documentation you upload (e.g. certificates, SSSP)
  • Site check-in records, including date, time, and any hazards you report
  • Incident reports submitted via the site's anonymous reporting feature

Why we collect it

Your information is collected to manage contractor access and health & safety compliance at the site, as required under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 (NZ). This includes verifying your qualifications, maintaining site access records, and managing incidents.

Providing this information is required to register and work at the site. Without it, your registration cannot be processed.

Who sees your information

Your registration details and documents are visible to the administrators of the organisation whose site you are registering at. Your information is not shared with other organisations or third parties except as required by law.

How long we keep it

Registration records, check-ins, and documents are retained for a minimum of 7 years after your last site activity, in line with NZ H&S legislation requirements.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ), you have the right to access and correct personal information held about you. To make a request, contact the administrator of the organisation whose site you registered at.
